How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp (+960 9676799) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order details and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pick-up service.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refunds

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Refund processing may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment provider.
